The Edwards, Michael Douglas Endowed Scholarship for Culinary Arts is a reward given to qualified Culinary Arts students who are attending Sandhills Community College. The Endowment is funded by Mr. and Mrs. Doug Edwards of Carthage, NC and other miscellaneous donors.

The scholarship is rewarded annually during the spring for student's use the following academic year. The current amount of the Scholarship is $600.00. The awarded student is granted $300.00 for both the Fall and Spring Semester of their second year in the Culinary Arts program.
